We take this responsibility very seriously. project, commission or search we undertake is unique we've already said, trust is fundamental which is why we offer our clients a workmanship guarantee for our work soUpon delivery of your project we offer our clients a workmanship guarantee as standard which covers our work for between 1-10 years depending on the scope of work we have undertaken.

We are highly flexible with our approach and will assist our clients at any stage of their project whether they have designs for us to implement, their own vision to create or if they would like us to design concepts which we can then go on to build.  Similarily, when it comes to project scope, we will always strive to assist our clients with even the smallest jobs such as re-decorating or the re-design and installation of a bathroom.

Upon completion of your project we will provide all the required certifications including Building Control Completion, Electrical Installation, Gas Safety, Energy Performance, MCS and FENSA Certificates as well as all commissioning certificates and guarantees. These documents are of importance should you decide to let, refinance or sell your property in the future.
